My jewelry is handmade using high-quality polymer clay. My favourite ones are Sculpey Premo and Fimo Soft. It is a lightweight and durable material that allow me to create intricate designs.

The earring findings I use are either high-quality stainless steel or gold plated stainless steel. They are nickel free and hypoallergenic.  

  • How long does it take to process and ship an order?

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Typically, it takes 1-2 business days to process an order. Once shipped, delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.

  • Can I request a custom design?

Yes, we accept custom design requests! Please contact us at patouestudio@gmail.com with your specific requirements, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

  • Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries. The available shipping options and rates will be displayed at checkout based on your location.

  • How do I care for my polymer clay jewelry?

To keep your polymer clay jewelry looking its best, we recommend avoiding exposure to excessive moisture, perfumes, and chemicals. When not in use, store your jewelry in a cool, dry place to prevent any damage or discolouration.

Be gentle with your new items! Avoid dropping, scratches, banging, and pulling. Place your jewelry far from sharp objects.

Fashion jewelry tends to tarnish over time with constant wear. Following the above instructions will help prolong the appearance of your jewelry. 

  • What is your refund policy?

Currently, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please email us at patouestudio@gmail.com, and we will address them on a case-by-case basis.
